Your data, plainly explained
This policy explains what FoundFave ("we", "us") collects when you use this store and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping address, email, and the items you buy — used to fulfil your order and send you order updates.
- Payment information: processed securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure. We never see or store your full card details.
- Device information: standard analytics (browser, pages viewed, referral source) via cookies, used to improve the store.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't email you marketing unless you opt in — and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share data with
Only the services that make your order possible: Shopify (store platform), our fulfilment partners (name and shipping address only, to deliver your order), and payment processors. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.
Your rights
Email hello@foundfave.com to request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it. We honour requests under the privacy laws that apply to you (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable).
