30-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How it works
- Email hello@foundfave.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Once the return is confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
The fine print, kept short
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send us a photo — we'll refund or replace immediately, no return required.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost; faulty items are always on us.
