Shipping, honestly
We work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship every order with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect:
- Processing: 1–3 business days from order to dispatch.
- Delivery (United States): typically 8–15 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: emailed automatically when your order ships. Allow 2–3 days for the first tracking scan to appear.
Shipping is free on every order — the price you see is the price you pay.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@foundfave.com and we'll either reship it or refund you in full — your choice. Lost parcels are our problem, not yours.
