By purchasing from FoundFave, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Orders
- All prices are shown in your checkout currency and include our free shipping.
- We may cancel and fully refund any order we can't fulfil — you'll be told immediately.
- Please double-check your shipping address; we can only change it before dispatch.
Products
We describe products as accurately as we can, including photos from our suppliers. Minor variations in colour or packaging can occur. If what arrives isn't what we described, that's a fault — our refund policy covers you.
Returns and refunds
Covered by our Refund Policy — 30 days from delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
