Refund policy
- 30-day returns from delivery date for unused items in original condition/packaging
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason
- Refunds issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return
- Buyer covers return shipping unless we sent the wrong/defective item
- Change-of-mind returns accepted within the 30-day window subject to inspection
- Perishable / opened hygiene items may be excluded if marked on the product page
We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
